Information we collect

We only collect the information we need to fill your order or answer your question:

• Order details: your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address, collected at checkout.
• Vehicle details: your VIN, year/make/model, and any notes you add to an order or quote request, so we can program parts to your vehicle.
• Contact form messages: your name, contact details, and whatever you write to us.

We do not collect or store your card number. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.

How we use your information

• To process, program, ship, and support your order.
• To send your order receipt and updates, and to reply to your questions.
• To handle returns, refunds, and warranty claims.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services needed to run the store: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (sending order and receipt emails), Vercel (website hosting), and the shipping carrier that delivers your order. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and browser storage

Your shopping cart is saved in your own browser's local storage so it stays in place while you shop. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to support your order, honor warranty coverage, and meet tax and accounting requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing sales@marrautomotive.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
