Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order: parts and mail-in services alike. There are no handling fees.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States only.
Processing time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment. Parts that are programmed to your vehicle ship once programming is complete, so please include your VIN in the order notes to avoid delays. If an item needs extra lead time, we'll note it on the product page before you order.
Delivery time
Parts ship from South Jordan, UT, with an estimated 2–4 business day delivery time. Some services ship by USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail, as listed on the product page.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll send you the tracking number by email.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll make it right.
